The total number of IP datagrams that this entity supplied
by software to the lower layers for transmission.  This
includes datagrams generated locally and those forwarded in
software by this entity.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the management system, and at other
times as indicated by the value of
aristaSwFwdIpStatsDiscontinuityTime.
