scalar r/w Integer32 
Enables the tracing in the selected submodule in RTM. A 32 bit integer
is used to store the Tracing level in the specified module.
Different Tracing Levels -
VAL = 0  - Traces off 
VAL = 1  - Error condition messages
VAL = 2  - Normal operation messages
VAL = 3  - Verbose operation messages
