This object is to insist on the replying router to provide a 
specific class of service (CoS) in an echo reply.
              
In IP/MPLS and MPLS-TP environments where IP forwarding is possible, 
this value can be set.
              
In non-IP forwarding based MPLS-TP environments, this object is not 
applicable and should not be set.
