fsLsppGlbStatInvalidPktDropped

This object records the number of received packets dropped by LSPP
module when any of the following condition occurs.
1. Packet is received in invalid context.
2. Module is shutdown in the received context.
3. CC and CV verification failed.
4. ACH TLVs validation failed.
5. IP/UDP validation failed.
6. Received echo message type is invalid.
