column r/w Enumeration 
This Object is used to enable or disable Neighbor
Discovery (ND) Proxy feature in local subnet. 
This object takes effect only when
ND Proxying is enabled on the interface.
When this object is set to local (2),
Router acts as ND proxy for target address which
is in the same subnet also. When this object is set to
global (1), Router does not act as ND proxy for target
address which is in same subnet.
