The object holds the last received event for a port and priority. 
This object is meant for debugging purposes.
              
 For Eg. When a CN TLV is received from LLDP module, this object
        is set as TLV RECVD and fsCnXPortPriLastRcvdEventTime
	     object will be set to the event received time.
