This read write objects gives actual status of the Uplink Failure Detection(UFD). When Uplink Failure Detection(UFD) is enabled, UFD starts functioning. When the UFD is disabled all the dynamically allocated memory will be freed and Uplink Failure Detection (UFD) stops functioning.
