scalar r/w Enumeration 
The administrative module status requested 
by  management for Split Horizon.This
enables or disables Split horizon in the        
system.   A value of  'enabled'(1) indicates 
that split horizon must be enabled in all the 
ports in the system.A value of 'disabled' (2) 
indicates  that split horizon must be 
disabled in all the ports in the system .
