or service instance.  Once the number of rows for this
running application element or service instance in the
applPastChannelTable reaches this value, when new
entries are to be added the management subsystem will
make room for them by removing the oldest entries.
Entries will be removed on the basis of oldest
applPastChannelCloseTime value first.
