conjunction with the applElmtOrSvc attribute.
              
When the value of applElmtOrSvc is service(1), this
attribute's value corresponds to that of applSrvIndex,
when the value of applElmtOrSvc is element(2), this
attribute's value corresponds to sysApplElmtRunIndex.
