column r/w SNMPv2-TCRowStatus 
The value of aluZoneConfigRowStatus specifies the 
row status.  It allows entries to be created and deleted in the 
aluZoneConfigTable.  aluZoneConfigRowStatus does not support
createAndWait. The status can only be active 
or notInService.
