The value of the object specifies max number of simultaneous 
sessions allowed for this particular rule. Beyond this 
limit, new sessions will not be created.
Sessions will be created internally for a packet with 
unique 5 tuples (Src IP, Dst IP, Protocol number, 
Src Port and Dst Port.  0 means no limit
