Each row entry represents a Voice channel on an IOM card 
in a chassis in the system.  Channel entries for
voice ports can be created and deleted via SNMP SET operations.
For each aluVoiceEntry, there will be a corresponding entry 
in the tmnxPortTable and the ifTable.
