Each row entry represents a Socket on a particular interface.
            
Entries can be created and deleted via SNMP SET operations 
using the aluRS232SocketRowStatus object. 
            
For each aluRS232SocketEntry, there will be a corresponding entry 
in the tmnxPortTable and the ifTable.
