Each row entry represents a Serial channel on an IOM card 
in a chassis in the system.  Channel entries for
serial ports can be created and deleted via SNMP SET operations.
For each aluRS232Entry, there will be a corresponding entry 
in the tmnxPortTable and the ifTable.
