The value of the object aluGnssPortPositionAltitude indicates the
altitude of the antenna.
              
Encoding:
   < 0: below sea level
   = 0: at sea level
   > 0: above sea level
              
The default value is 134217727. It's considered invalid. It's used to
signify that a surveyed (valid) position has yet to be determined.
