alL2tpStatsSessionSendSeqAck

This object contains the send sequence number
that the tunnel peer has acknowledged for the
payload channel. The flow control state can be
determined by subtracting the alL2tpStatsSessionSendSeq
from alL2tpStatsSessionSendSeqAck and comparing this
value to l2tpSesssionStatsCurrentRemoteRWS.
