Defines the Ethoam Results Table for providing
the capability of performing Eth-LB/DMM operations.  The 
results of these operations are stored in the 
alaSaaEthoamResultsTable and the alaSaaEthoamHistoryTable.
          
An entry is removed from the alaSaaEthoamResultsTable when
its corresponding alaSaaCtrlEntry is deleted.
