The address of the upstream neighbor (for example, RPF neighbor) from which IP datagrams from these sources to this multicast address are received. If the upstream neighbor is unknown, then alaIpMcastRouteUpstreamNeighbor will be 0.0.0.0 in the case of an IPv4 entry, and 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0 in the case of an IPv6 entry (for example, in BIDIR-PIM).
