This is the object to enable or disable the functionality to stop flushing SL context of the mac when
an Eap Start is received when the auth server down is enabled  and  the server is still unreachable and if 
the client again claassifies in the same vlan and classification policy.In the normal case,server becomes reachable ,
delete the entire context and add.Default is disabled.
