The value of the object sdpBndIgmpSnpgCfgFastLeave specifies whether
or not fastleave is allowed on this SDP bind.
              
If set to 'enabled(1)', the system prunes the port on which an IGMP
'leave' message has been received without waiting for the Group
Specific Query to timeout.
