status of the qos slice allocation when vm snooping is enabled.
          
none:         VM snooping is not enabled yet.
inProgress:   the QoS slice allocation is currently underway.
success:      the QoS slice allocation is completed successfully.
failed:       the QoS slice allocation failed.
