scalar ALCATEL-ENT1-TIMETRA-SERV-MIBSdpId 
The ID of the SDP where SDP Bindings are associated.
This object is used by the sdpBindSdpStateChangeProcessed
notification to indicate the SDP that changed
state and that resulted in having the associated
sdpBindStatusChanged events suppressed for all SDP
Bindings on that SDP.
