Object

column ALCATEL-ENT1-TIMETRA-SERV-MIBTStpPortState 
This object indicates the actual state of the Mesh SDP. If
the sdp is operationally down, the port will be in the
'disabled' state. If the sdp is operationally up, the
state will be 'forwarding' unless the hold-down timer is
active in which case the state will be 'discarding'.
