as a numeric IP address and not as a DNS name.
              
This value of this object is not significant when
tmnxOamTrCtlTestMode has a value of 'macTraceRoute'.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 4.0 and replaced with
InetAddress objects tmnxOamTrHopsTgtAddrType and 
tmnxOamTrHopsTgtAddrType.
