performing an OAM Trace Route operation.  This parameter is
not used by 'macTraceRoute' or 'lspTraceRoute' or 'mcastTraceRoute'.
This parameter is required by 'vprnTraceRoute'.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 4.0 and replaced with
InetAddress objects tmnxOamTrCtlTgtAddrType and 
tmnxOamTrCtlTgtAddress.
