When the value of tmnxOamMacPingCtlForce is 'true', the
MAC type in the FIB is forced to be labeled OAM type if it already
exised as dynamic or static.
              
This object is optional and is not relevant when 
tmnxOamPingCtlTestMode has a value other than 'macPopulate'.
