prefix for the LDP based LSP for this OAM LSP Ping test. 
              
This parameter is mutually exclusive with the LSP name parameter 
(tmnxOamLspPingCtlLspName).  Either the LDP IP Prefix or the LSP 
name must be specified but not both.
