Defines the authentication algorithm to be used.
              
For ESP SAs, none(0) may be specified for encryption-only ESP.
For ESP integrity-only, ESP integrity and encryption, or for
AH SAs, hmacmd5(2), hmacsha1(3), or aesxcbcmac(9)  must
be specified.
