column SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
The member sub-value for the entry based on the member configuration
type. If the configuration type is vlan, this value is not used and will
always be 0.  If the configuration type is service and the alaIpmsMemberIfIndex
is 0, this value represents the SDP Id.  If the alaIpmsMemberIfIndex is
not 0, this value represents the SAP encap value.  A value of ~0 is used to 
represent overloaded member state for non-xlate SAPs
