column SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
The IP Multicast forwarded flow's next sub-value based on the configuration
type specified in alaIpmsForwardNextConfigType. If the configuration type is 
vlan, this value is not used and will always be 0.  If the configuration type 
is service and the alaIpmsForwardNextIfIndex is 0, this value represents the 
SDP Id.  If the alaIpmsForwardNextIfIndex is not 0, this value represents 
the SAP encap value.  A value of ~0 is used to represent overloaded forward 
state for non-xlate SAPs
