adTAeScuAutoUpgradeBasePath

The BasePath OID allows the customer to specify a
directory prefix where the flash firmware files will be
located on the TFTP server.  It is assumed that all TA3000
flash firmware files will be located in the same directory,
so this value applies to all Auto Upgrade module-
specification entries.
          
The BasePath argument may not contain spaces, commas,
quotes, or other unusual characters that would generally
be considered invalid in a path specification.  Although
the SCU does not interpret the contents of this string,
please keep in mind that different operating systems have
different rules concerning what constitutes valid
characters and path/file separators.
