A user configurable name for the MEVC.  Upon creation of the MEVC,
the associated name will default to a unique value.
              
NOTE:  This table has been deprecated and replaced by
       the adGenMEVCEnhMenPortTable.  The OIDs within
       this table always assume slot and port identified
       via ifIndex.
