Sets the IP Address assignment policy for the peer.  The value
can be one of the following:
              
staticIpv4    Statically provisioned IPv4 address are assigned.
dhcpv4        A DHCP client is used to obtain the peer IP address, default
              gateway (router) IP address(es), and DNS name server
              address(es).
