The adVqmEndPoint table provides aggregate statistics for each
VoIP end-point device.  The RTP Source IP address,
adVqmEndPointRtpSourceIp, provides a unique table index.
The VQM End-point table provides summary statistics for MOS scores,
packets lost, out-of-order, jitter, delay and quality analysis
counts.
