Port ID number used by this device.  Meaning is
dependent on channel type.  For example, SCSI channels
would report device SCSI ID in this field.  The field is
a string to allow for a wide range of addressing
schemes.  For non-parallel SCSI this is the virtual SCSI
		targetId
