Enumeration
Enable or disable CPU Interface Filtering (also called Software ACL). The default is disabled. If enabled, the filtering entries in the swAclRuleMgmt tables will be set to active if its RuleSwAclState is enabled. If disabled, the software ACL function will be disabled.
