Type Definitions (1)
OctetString range: 1..255
It consists of vrf name, ip address, and port, in the form of
length and data. ip address and port are the network-byte order.
The length of vrf name must be 0-32, the length of ip address
must be 4 or 16. the length of port must be 2.

For example:
1)The vrf name is mng, ipv4 address is 192.168.100.250, port is 161.
the data should be like this: 03.6D.6E.67.04.C0.A8.64.FA.02.00.A1

2)The vrf name is mng, ipv6 address is 1:2::3:4, port is 161.
the data should be like this: 03.6D.6E.67.10.00.01.00.02.00.00.00.
00.00.00.00.00.00.03.00.04.02.00.A1

3)The vrf name is zero-length, ipv4 address is 192.168.100.250,
port is 161. the data should be like this: 00.04.01.02.03.04.02.
