The value of t11NsRejectCtCommandString indicates the rejected request, and the values of t11NsRejectReasonCode, t11NsRejReasonCodeExp, and t11NsRejReasonVendorCode indicate the reason for the rejection. The value of t11NsRegPortName represents the Port Name if it is able to be extracted out of the Registration Request, or otherwise the value as currently registered on the port.
