the state of an FSPF neighbor. This is generated when the FSPF state changes to a terminal state, through either regression (i.e., goes from Full to Init or Down) or progression (i.e., from any state to Full). The value of 't11FspfIfNbrState' is the state of the neighbor after the change. |
