Elements (IEs) are switches, hubs, bridges etc.
          
By default, the Fabric Configuration Server will
maintain detailed information pertaining only to
local resources.  As far as discovered topology is
concerned, only the IE name, type, and Domain ID
information will be maintained.  If a discovery
cycle is triggered on a set of Fabrics, this table
along with the Port and Platform tables will be
populated with the discovered information.  The
discovered data will be retained in this table for
at least t11FcsFabricDiscoveryTimeOut seconds after
the completion of its discovery or until the
discovered data is invalidated.
