A table describing all configured neighbors.
The Configured Neighbors table just gives
OSPFv3 information for sending OSPFv3 packets
to potential neighbors and is typically used
on NBMA and Point-to-Multipoint networks.
Once a Hello is received from a neighbor in
the Configured Neighbor table, an entry for
that neighbor is created in the Neighbor table
and adjacency state is maintained there.
Neighbors on multi-access or Point-to-Point
networks can use multicast addressing, so only
Neighbor table entries are created for them.

The Area Aggregate Table acts as an adjunct
to the Area Table. It describes those address
aggregates that are configured to be propagated
from an area. Its purpose is to reduce the amount
of information that is known beyond an area's
borders.
A range of IPv6 prefixes specified by a
prefix / prefix length pair. Note that if
ranges are configured such that one range
subsumes another range, the most specific
match is the preferred one.
A single area aggregate entry.
