NORTEL-OME40G-PM-PROV-MIB

        On Optical Multiservice Edge (OME),
this module is used to initialize 40G PM registers and 
 OM Counts. It is also used to set Threshold Level and 
 HccsReference Values, and change Profiles for 40G facilities.
