ID that can be used to uniquely identify a PEX port. The value range
is hh3cPexPortMinId to hh3cPexPortMaxId.

ID assigned to a PEX. The
value range is hh3cPexMinAssociateId to hh3cPexMaxAssociateId.

other PEX.
