A list of configured bandwidth admission control property entries. Typically one entry is created for each IP interface (WAN, LAN, WLAN) and describes mainly the static bandwidth properties for this interface. A hierarchical relation can be achived, by defining a parent property entry via bacPropertyParentIndex field.
