operations.  The number of entries in this table is
limited per entry in the fsipv6PingTable by the value
of the corresponding cmPingProbeMaxRow object.
          
An implementation of this MIB will remove the oldest
entry in the cmPingProbeHistoryTable of the
corresponding entry in the cmPingProbeMaxRow to allow
the addition of an new entry once the number of rows
in the cmPingProbeHistoryTable reaches the value
specified by pingCtlMaxRows for the corresponding
entry in the cmPingProbeMaxRow.
