This is the notification response for a SNMP set on
v52IgProvVariantRequest.
This notification is generated only when request is
initiatated from the AN side. When the AN responds
to LE's request, the AN just updates
v52IgRemoteInterfaceId and v52IgRemoteProvVariant.
