This consists of a uni type followed by one or more uni numbers,
separated by commas, or with ranges indicated by '-'. The
word 'all' may be used to indicate all ports of that type.
example: eth 1-3
In this example, apply services on the provisioned ethernet
port on the service template to ethernet ports 1, 2, and 3 of
the matched CPE.
If this field is blank, then the entire service template is
applied to the CPE.
