The amount of time (in 100ms intervals) over which the threshold is defined. The default value is 100 (10 seconds). If OamErrFrameSecsSummaryThreshold frame errors occur within a window of OamErrFrameSecsSummaryWindow (in tenths of seconds), an Event Notification OAMPDU should be generated with an Errored Frame Seconds Summary Event TLV indicating the threshold has been crossed in this window.
