Object
This is a counter counting the number of error-free bits passed over the beta1-reference point, deivided by 2^16. Error-free bits are bits originating from DTU's that have been detected to contain on error at the moment of crossing the beta1-reference point. It is a 32-bit wrap-around counter. The counter shall be reset at power-on. The counters shall not be reset with a link state transition and shall not be reset when read.
